David L. Hart
Attorney at Law

Come tell me about your problem.

You need a lawyer who listens to you and understands your pain. Maybe you’re getting a runaround from the insurance adjuster. I spent the first five years of my legal career working for insurance companies, so I know their tricks. I didn’t like the way insurance companies treated people like you who have been injured. I wanted to represent people, not big companies. So I opened Hart Law and never looked back or doubted my decision.

As a former defense attorney, I know all the tactics insurance companies use to trap or cheat people. I don’t get intimidated by them and will fight for every penny you’re entitled to. I also take unusual complaints and cases where employers don’t have insurance.

You get me when you sign up. Where most firms hand off new files to a case manager or paralegal, I am always involved in your case. I pride myself on having a hands-on approach to every case. I have a passion for my work, for helping you, my client, get justice.

You can trust me to be there for you as you go through the litigation process. I care about you and your rights.

In my spare time, I love to travel with my wife and play with our dogs, Harris and Buster. I am an avid baseball fan.
